Tropical Weddings at Synergy
Weddings and Functions are perfect in this tranquil
environment. Outside the Pavilion take a moment to view the
Balinese inspired Wedding Area, overlooking the lily ponds –
the perfect focal point for a Tropical Outdoor Wedding,
followed by a reception in the Lotus Pavilion and if the
weather isn’t perfect the ceremony can be held under cover in
the Pavilion itself, while still having a view to the
tropical gardens.
Your Choice of Venues
The Pavillion
The Pavilion is unique in Far North Queensland with cyprus
pine flooring, bamboo ceilings, water features and gardens,
all with a Balinese influence. The Lotus Pavilion which is
part of the whole Pavilion complex, will seat up to 100.
The Gardens
Landscaped gardens, water features and ponds with an outdoor
wedding temple area. Great for photos and for a garden
ceremony.
The Spa
The White Lotus Tropical Spa, provides wedding packages to
suit, including make-up and hair styling on the day, or get
together with your family and friends for a pre wedding day

The Catering
Catering can be provided for you at Synergy as part of the
wedding Package, or you can organise your own preferred
caterer. BAR .. at Synergy it's a BYO venue, so the bar is
your responsibility. We have a great area to set up in, buts
its your choice as to your requirements on the day.
Table Hire
As each wedding is individual, we will recommend the hire of
tables and other items you might need on the day.
Synergy Wedding Packages
Our wedding co-ordinators are here to help, if you need any
recommendations or require manpower, our experienced team can
help. This is simply charged on an hourly basis, you decide
how much or how little you want to spend.
Accommodation
There are numerous areas close by, to choose from, we
recommend Roydon at Trinity Beach, beautiful
apartments, right on the beach, that can take up to 6 people.
We can organise transport to and from the function on the

at Trinity.
Wedding Celebrant
We can recommend a very experienced celebrant, or please feel
free to organise your own.
Florist & Wedding Cakes
We can also organise beautiful flowers & cakes.
Entertainment
At Synergy we can provide entertainment for you, or you can
organise your own. We try to keep our entertainment in the
style of the pavilion, and prefer non amplified music. Any
music or entertainment must be completed by 11.30pm.
Bellydance shows are also available, its good luck to have a
Bellydancer at your wedding!
Pre-Wedding Fun
Themed Hens Nights's... 1001 Arabian Nights with Belly
dancing show and fun dance lesson plus Middle Eastern
nibbles.

Lotus Studio or Papyrus Studio - $1650
Whole Pavilion: cost on application
Your fee includes:
- 90 Balinese timber chairs with padded
cushions.
- Our experienced Functions Manager on duty
for your function.
- Use of Pavilion from 12noon till
12midnight including change, and shower complex.
(Longer set up times available if pavilion is available.)
Other Costs
Refundable Bond for any damage or breakages - $500
Hire With Help - $80/hr
Our co-ordinators can organise your whole wedding or just
give you that helping hand when you need it, we charge on an
hourly basis at $80 per hour (+GST)
Garden Wedding with hire of pavilion - $220
Use of Garden Temple for ceremony only - $500
Catering
Our caterer will be happy to quote for you. Cost from $25 to
$45 per head Please feel free to use your own caterers, as
long as they are registered.
